- Support for importing multiple replace definitions from tab-separated values.

- Syntax highlighting now takes nesting into account when highlighting symbol pairs.
- Update the Lua syntax to support nested string delimiters.

Fixes
- Fix an issue in CotEditor 6.1.2 where the text entered in a split editor didn’t match the theme’s text color.
- Fix an issue where the default syntax setting reverted to Plain Text after a short time when set to None.
- Fix an issue where scroll bars in the editor became invisible under certain theme and appearance combinations.
- Fix an issue in the Donation settings pane where the purchase button for the one-time donation didn’t work on subsequent attempts.
- Address an issue where scrolling the editor with arrow keys caused unexpected jumps.

Apple is preparing to bring support for its Car Keys feature to Toyota vehicles, evidence uncovered by MacRumors suggests. Toyota introduced its own Digital Key feature as part of the available Remote Connect package several years ago, which allows drivers to use their smartphone as a key to access and drive the vehicle. Now, the company appears to be adding support for Apple Car Keys, with the feature going live as of today on Apple’s back end.

Users who have switched from Google Assistant to Gemini have a lost a pretty important feature on smart home devices, and they aren’t happy about it.
As detailed in this Reddit thread, if you’re using Gemini on a smart home device such as a smart speaker or display, Continued Conversations no longer work — unless you upgrade to Gemini Home Premium.

Helena Bonham Carter is reportedly being lined up for the next season of The White Lotus.
The Oscar-nominated actress, known for her roles in The King’s Speech, Harry Potter as well as numerous collaborations with Tim Burton, is apparently in early talks for the fourth season of the HBO anthology show, according to Deadline.
While it is unclear how far through the process she is, if confirmed, she would be the first star to sign on ahead of a reported spring production date for the next set of episodes, which look set to take place in France.
