Stort strömavbrott i Skellefteå slog ut våra tjänster
Ett stort strömavbrott drabbade centrala delarna av Skellefteå och några omgivande områden på söndagskvällen. Drygt 43 000 kunder drabbades vilket också påverkade Winterkvist.coms samtliga nättjänster.
Strömmen slogs ut efter ett blixtnedslag strax före klockan åtta på söndagskvällen i Rengård, utanför Skellefteå, och felet var inte åtgärdat förrän strax efter klockan 22.00.
Normalt
Strömavbrottet påverkade samtliga vår nättjänster som slogs ut och vi kunde inte återställa våra servrar förrän strömmen kommit tillbaka. Alla våra tjänster är kontrollerade och fungerar nu normalt.
– Utan ström så stannar våra servrar, alla routrar och hela det nät som är anslutna till. Vi beklagar driftsstörningen och hoppas att den inte drabbat våra kunder alltför mycket, säger Johan Ylinenjarvi.

US police are using Pokémon Go to lure criminals to their stations
Virginias Smithfield Police Department invited eight random citizens to catch super-rare Ditto in their processing room, after New Hampshire police employed same tactic.
There cant be any doubts now of Pokémon Gos world domination even the police are getting in on the action.
A police station in Virginia is using its Facebook page to invite random citizens to try and catch a super-rare Pokémon in their processing room.
Its worth noting no one has actually caught Ditto in the game yet, but thats not what the police are hoping get caught their random citizens all have outstanding warrants .
The administrator of Smithfield Police Departments page Sgt. Bryan Miller told The Virginian Pilot he decided to make a list of eight people with outstanding warrants a little more exciting. I have a sense of humour, he said. I had no idea it was going to be this big. He added he wasnt expecting anyone to actually turn up.

Set in a surreal museum of mishearing, ‘Mondegreen’ features a series of kinetic sculptures each representing a different word that sounds like ‘Found’.
The film is part of an ongoing initiative to keep pushing ourselves both technically and creatively and was made in collaboration with Esteban Diácono. The brooding soundtrack was composed by Echoic Audio.
