Högsta domstolen har nu beslutat att pröva delar av Facebookvåldtäkten, efter att tre män dömdes till fängelse för att ha varit inblandade i en våldtäkt som sändes via det sociala mediet Facebook. Detta rapporterar UNT.I slutet av april dömdes de tre männen till olika långa fängelsestraff för inblandning i våldtäkten mot en kvinna som sändes live på det sociala mediet Facebook.Våldtäkten ägde rum i en lägenhet i Uppsala en tidig morgon den 22 januari och kom till polisens kännedom genom att människor ringde och larmade om att övergreppet sändes live.Samtliga tre män valde att överklaga domen.

The FBI has charged an American man officers believe to be behind an online extortion campaign to make young girls share explicit pictures of themselves.Facebook messages in the name of ”Brian Kil” were sent to the girls, using the Tor anonymising network, from 2012.They threatened to kill them and their families or blow up their schools if they did not share explicit images.The FBI says it tricked ”Brian Kil” into viewing a video bearing virus-like code that logged his real net address.Pipe bombsBuster Hernandez has been charged with several counts of sexual exploitation of a child, threatening to use explosives and threatening to injure.Mr Hernandez has yet to enter a plea.

(Reuters) – Walt Disney Co’s (DIS.N) shares fell 5 percent on Wednesday to their lowest in eight months as investors doubted whether the world’s biggest entertainment company can succeed with its plan to launch its own streaming services rather than rely on Netflix Inc (NFLX.O) to reach online viewers.Disney announced its plans on Tuesday alongside quarterly results showing further subscription losses as it struggles to keep hold of viewers defecting to online streaming services offered by Netflix, Time Warner Inc’s (TWX.N) HBO and others.Under its plan, Disney will stop providing new movies to Netflix starting in 2019, a deal analysts at RBC Capital Markets estimate earns Disney more than $100 million a year. Some on Wall Street have doubts that Disney can easily replicate that revenue stream.
