Vad har du för relation till din Iphone?

– Just i dag är den ganska frustrerad eftersom jag precis fått en ny variant och inte fått ordning på allt än. Nivån av frustration säger något om hur beroende jag är av den.

– Jag funderar på hur jag skulle klara av mitt jobb, och på hur mitt liv skulle fungera, utan Iphone och det är väldigt svårt att föreställa sig.

Därför menar han att bilden inte tagits i hemlighet eller olovligen.Mannen hävdar att ungdomar ofta fotograferar varandra, med eller utan kläder, utan att först be om lov.

Såg inte att mannen tog bild

Men enligt målsägande, som vid tillfället var 16 år, ska hon inte ha sett mobilen och visste inte om att mannen tagit en bild. Inte förrän ungefär ett år senare berättade mannen kompis, som han skickat bilden till på Snapchat, att han sett en nakenbild av henne.Mannen ska ha tagit bilden någon gång i januari förra året.
