While some companies, including Spotify, Amazon, and Patreon, have been quick to jump at the opportunity to add external payment links to their apps, Netflix is taking a slower approach.
As reported by The Verge, Netflix’s Chief Product Officer Eunice Kim had the following to say in a call with the press on Wednesday:
“We’re monitoring that situation very closely, and we don’t have anything more to share at this time. But we’ll just continue to abide by the App Store policies until we hear more about how to best implement any changes going forward.”
